MEMBERSHIP PLANS ARE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED RECCURING MONTHLY UNTIL CANCELLED AND THEN EXPIRE. NO REUNDS ON MEMBERSHIPS.

MEMBERSHIPS CAN BE REJOINED WITHOUT A PENALTY FEE.

RETENTION OF RIGHT TO CHANGE OFFERING
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate, or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

WARRANTIES & RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Currently MOON WOLF INTUITIVE does not sell any products to be shipped. This may change at any time, in which we may offer free gifts, merch and open our store to purchase products within out company in the future at any time.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLETUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS AND LOGOS

4. PAYMENT:

5. TERMINATION:
This Agreement does not allow for termination. If the Product is a long-term program, and Client chooses to end participation prior to the program end date, Client will not receive a refund, and will be responsible for completing payment outlined in paragraph 4.

6. RELEASE:
Company may take photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other recordings that Company may use for future commercial or non-commercial purposes. Client agrees and understands that by participating in Company's program or workshops, Client is consenting to being recorded and photographed and to the use of Client's likeness and voice in any media in perp by Company for whatever purpose as Company sees fit.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY:

In-Person only at local business location. *Typically this is an "Invite" only session.

This practice is unregistered and therefore considered a Foot Massage.

"I understand that Foot Reflexology is a hands-on technique performed on both feet, that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances nor interfere with treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Foot Reflexology does not take the place of medical care.
